Cup Brushes
Denali Industrial Supply carries a variety of cup brushes from PFERD® and Milwaukee®. They are available in several different diameters including external and internal threads, knot wire and crimped. These brushes are designed to perform in industrial applications. They can be used on a drill press, grinder, or cordless grinders for deburring, surface prep and rust removal on large or small areas.

- For best brushing, tilt the brush between 15 and 30 degrees off of the work surface.
- For use on vertical pieces, the internal nut cup brushes will reduce operator fatigue.
- Changing the brush speed will drastically affect the filament flare.
- A tighter knot provides more aggressive brushing action.
